1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines

Every jar of NATME dry fruits is packaged under strict hygienic quality controls. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched on the same day from our temperature-controlled hub. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays and national holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

• Same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 2:00 PM IST.
• Air express priority shipping partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees.
• Live tracking notifications sent directly to your SMS and WhatsApp upon handover.

2. Delivery Timeframes Across India

We deliver to over 19,000+ pin codes across India. Depending on your geographical zone, standard transit times are as follows:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 3 business days.
• Tier-1 & Tier-2 Hubs: 3 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India & Rural Outlying Regions: 4 to 6 business days.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold

We believe in complete pricing transparency with zero hidden handling surcharges:

• Orders ₹549 and above: 100% FREE Express Delivery nationwide.
• Orders below ₹549: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include zero additional surcharge fees.

4. Induction Tamper-Evident Packaging Guarantee

Every order is sealed inside food-grade, induction-sealed PET jars and reinforced with bubble protection before placement into sturdy corrugated boxes. If your external parcel appears torn or opened upon arrival, please reject the package and notify us immediately.
