1. Acceptance of Agreement

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from NATME Foods (www.natmefoods.com), you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered accounts, and shoppers across India.

2. Product Accuracy & Authentic Imagery

All imagery, net weights, nutrient values, and variant descriptions shown on our storefront depict authentic NATME products. As dry fruits and nuts are agricultural harvests, slight natural variations in kernel shape, shade, and size are normal and reflect unbleached purity.

• Weights displayed (e.g., 250g, 500g, 1kg) reflect the net weight of whole dry fruits excluding jar packaging.
• Pricing and promotional discount codes are subject to adjustment without prior notice during festive seasons.

3. Order Placement & Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of cost any time prior to warehouse dispatch. Once the parcel has been assigned a courier tracking AWB number, the order enters active transit and cannot be recalled.

• Cancellation requests can be made via email at care@natmefoods.com or phone within 2 hours of placement.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing errors or unserviceable remote delivery addresses.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, custom photography, product descriptions, and graphics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of NATME Foods. Unauthorized duplication or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.
